earn cash back on your everyday purchases. We think rebates should apply to
everything you buy, not just a few select products.
You need to sign up for an account so that everytime you come back to shop,
we know it is you and you can continue earning Cash Back.

We never charge any fees at all for an account. It is totally free to set
up.
Nope, no fees at all. We aren't going to charge you a fee when you get
to a certain amount or when you request a check. A Krymus account is Totally

No. We hate junkmail and spam just as much as you do. The information we collect
will never be given, sold or traded to anyone. Period.

you will be taken to your personal shopping page where you can begin shopping
and earning Cash Back!

Back Questions: Krymus Cash Back is real cold hard cash. It is a rebate that you earn for making
purchases through your personal shopping site. It is in addition to and seperate
from all other discounts and coupons.
When you Sign Up you
are given a personal homepage that you can always use to shop from. This
page can be bookmarked or set as your home page so that you won't ever have
to log in to do your shopping. (You will still need to log in to request a
check)
No problem. Just Login and you will automatically be taken there.
It's simple! 1. Either Login or go directly to your Personal Shopping Site. 2. Find a merchant you would like to shop with and click the link. (Note: This
is VERY important. You MUST always get to the merchant through Krymus.
If you use any other method to get to the merchant like Google, type it in,
Favorite Places, etc, we will NOT be able to track it
and give you cash back, so before you buy anything always go through Krymus!)3. Shop on the website like you normally would.4. A Cash Back rebate will show up in your account when the merchant reports

No. Remember, Cash Back is done through Krymus, not the merchant. Don't
panic when the Cash Back amount doesn't reflect during checkout from the
merchant. This is Normal!
There are no restrictions on how much you can earn. The sky is the limit!
Most merchants report the transaction in just a day or two, but they have 3
weeks after all the items ship to report it! A merchant will NOT report a
transaction until all the items have shipped, so if something is on back
order, the transaction will not be reported until the last item is shipped!
120 days. Why so long? Merchants have 120 days to reverse
a transaction due to refunds etc. During the waiting time, your transactions
will be listed as "reported". We can't pay you until the merchant
pays us! When the waiting is over the transaction will change from "reported" to "Available".
At this point you can request a check.
Cash Back is paid by check with a minimum payment of
$20. When you reach $20 Available Cash Back, log in to your account and click
Request a Payment. From here you can confirm or enter your mailing address
and see the amount the check will be for. Checks are typically mailed within
a week of being requested.
Yes. To get to the My Account page, just login or go directly to your Personal
Shopping Site and click the My Account link at the top of the page. From
here you will be able to view all of your transactions, change account settings,
request a payment and view your support tickets.
We are sharing a portion of what we earn with you! When you visit Krymus
and click on a link to a merchant and then order something, the merchant
pays us a commission on the sale for sending them a customer. It's win
- win - win! They sell more, we keep the site up and running, and you earn
Cash Back!
Absolutely! All of the merchants know exactly what we are doing and are all
ok with it. Everything is totally above board and legitimate.
This is very important! The only way we can track Cash Back is if you make a
purchase in this order: Visit Your Krymus Site, Click on a Merchant, Make
a Purchase. If you close the window with the merchant and then go straight
back to it, your Cash Back may not be credited. If you make a purchase and
then go make another purchase without first going back to your Krymus Site,
the second purchase may not be credited. Always follow the 3 step process:
Visit the Krymus Site, Click on a Merchant, Make a Purchase.
No. Cash Back is only available for online purchases.
If you need to make a change to an order (size, color,
quantity, etc) it is best to cancel your first order and then go to your
Krymus Site, Click the merchant, and Make the purchase again. If you contact
the merchant to change the order they will sometimes just input it as a
brand new order and will lose the tracking code that reports the sale to
us.
Cash Back is never paid out on Gift Cards. In addition to that, occasionally
Merchants will make restrictions on a few items. If you make a purchase and
it does not show up in your account for 3 weeks after the items are shipped,
Contact Us .REMEMBER: You get paid when we get paid. If we don't, you don't. That puts
us on the same side! We want your Cash Back to be reported accurately just
as much as you do! If Cash Back is ever not reported after 3 weeks from the
time the items shipped, LET US KNOW! We will contact the Merchant for you
and find out what is going on!

We list merchants on our site as they become available. If a merchant is not
on our site, it usually means that they do not have the tracking built in
that we require so that we can credit you with Cash Back.
